ANSWERS TO ALL YOUR BURNING QUESTIONS...

New to studio330?

When should I arrive to class?
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before class begins. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to get changed + settled and enjoy a glass of complimentary tea.

What should I bring to my yoga class?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, a mat and a water bottle if you need one (we offer complimentary tea and water in the common area before and after class).

Can I rent a mat?
We have studio mats available to rent for $1, cash only.

Can I store my mat at the studio?
For those joining classes weekly, we offer complimentary mat storage. Please note that we are not liable to loss or damage of any mats left at the studio.

Is there space to change?
We have one small gender-neutral change cabin, and one gender-neutral bathroom. 

How do I book a class online?
All of studio330's classes are booked through Punchpass. Find the full schedule here.

Is there parking?
There is parking behind the building and alongside there is street parking, as well as city bike racks along the street not far from our front door!

CLASS CARDs + MEMBERSHIPS...

​Do class cards expire?
Our class cards never expire! However, if you purchased a class card before we made this policy change and still have unused classes, simply write us an email at info@studio330.ca and we'll open it up for you.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! You have the ability to put your membership on hold no more than twice annually for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of two months in duration. To request a hold, please email us at info@studio330.ca prior to the hold and include the start and end date of the desired hold. Holds cannot be placed retroactively.

*In the event of a lockdown, studio330 will continue to offer a comprehensive online program. Therefore, memberships will not be automatically placed on hold. However, if you wish to have your membership placed on hold for the duration of the lockdown, please email us at info@studio330.ca. Lockdown holds will not be counted towards your allowance of two holds per year.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please access your account at https://studio330.punchpass.com and cancel your membership from there.

I registered for a workshop/training, but I’m not able to participate. What can I do?
Unfortunately we cannot refund a registered workshop or training. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. If you would like to do this, please email the studio at info@studio330.ca with the name of the person taking your place.
